Price;
€ 75,-/night.
This is including Gas, Water and electricity.
€30,- cleaning costs and a €150,-deposit need to be payed on arrival. The deposit will be returned immediately after the final inspection before departure
People;
2 to 3 people
Dogs;
Dogs are allowed (MAX. 2)
Please inform us upon your reservation if you will bring any dogs.
Kitchen;
There is a fully equiped kitchen available.
Bathroom;
Bathroom with Toilet, shower, sink and mirror.
Garden;
The garden, of approx. 200m2 is completely encolsed.
Your dog(s) can move freely around in it.
Beds;
Twin bed of 160cm x 200cm
and a single bed of 80cm x 190cm
Linen:
Bedlinen and towels are included in the price and are ready on arrival.
Parking;
There is a parking spot available next to the cottage on our own terrain
Bicyles;
There is a seperate shed for bicyles with charging points for bicyle batterries (2x).
Motorbikes
Motorbike(s) can be parked inside the garage.
Washing-machine;
Washingmachine an dryer are available for a small extra fee.
Smoking and Vaping;
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the cottage!
Mobility;
Unfortunately the cottage is less suitable for people with limited mobility.
In the area around the cottage and in the garden there is gravel and there is a height difference (doorstep) inside.
Bakkery;
There is a bakkery (Very Good!) in Sainteny at approximately 2,5km
Butcher;
There is also a butcher in Sainteny at approximately 2,5km
Grocceries
In Sainteny (at approx. 2,5km) is a real small supermarket "Pannier"(for some basic grocceries only)
Larger supermarkets (Intermarche, LeClerc, Carrefour) bakkeries, butchers and other shops you can find in Carentan or Perrier at approx. 10-12km.
WiFi;
There is (free) WiFi available in the holiday cottage.
Television;
A television is available
(no GB or NL channels).
A DVD player and an extensive, varied film collection are also available.
