Our house is over 250 years old in the “Pierre et Masse” style, “Longère” type. The cottage is linked to the main house but has its own entrance, a spacious enclosed garden )200m2' and a parking space in front of the door, on our own property. We live near the town of Sainteny, in the middle of meadows and fields.

The cottage is approximately 54m2. This includes a loft with a bed. Through the front door you enter the kitchen-diner (15 m2) with the bathroom with toilet (4.5 m2) on the right. Connected to the kitchen is the living/sleeping area (28 m2) with the stairs to the loft.

Through the living/sleeping area you enter a spacious enclosed garden, where the dog(s) can roam freely.

There are 2 terraces in the garden. A seating terrace with a view over our fields where hares, pheasants and deer regularly roam around and a second terrace with a dining table.

The cottage is suitable for 2 to 3 people.

A double bed (160 X 200) is in the living/sleeping area and in the loft there is a single bed (80 X 190). The stairs to the loft can be closed with a stair gate.

The cottage is rented with a bed made upon arrival. Bath and kitchen towels are also included.

Dogs are welcome. Maximum of 2 and must be kept on a leash outside the garden as we also have dogs ourselves. Please indicate when booking whether you are bringing dogs.

A parking spot for the car is available next to the cottage on our own terrain.

There is a separate bicycle shed with the possibility of charging bicycle batteries.

Motorbikes can be parked in the hangar on site.

Use of the washing machine and dryer is possible for a small fee.

The cottage is not (less) suitable for people with reduced mobility because there is gravel around the house and in the garden and there is a small difference in level/threshold (12cm) in the cottage.

The rental price is €75 per night based on 3 people

These amounts include gas, water and electricity but exclude tourist tax. Tourist tax (amount is not yet known) and final cleaning of €30 must be paid locally.

We charge a deposit of €150, which must be paid upon arrival. This will be refunded after a final inspection of the cottage before departure.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have options for payments with PIN or credit cards yet.

After placing a reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation. Your reservation is only final after you have transferred a 30% deposit to our account. Please transfer the remaining amount to our account 21 days before arrival.

Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside the cottage!
